INGREDIENTS:
10 lichee
Remove the seeds
Water 1/2 cup
Blend until smooth
Sugar 2 tbsp
Agar agar / gelatine powder 1/2 tsp
Cook until boil
Keep it in the fridge until set
Cut into cubes
Keep aside
Seedless Lichee 5 pieces
Blend until smooth
Strain
Water 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Agar agar / gelatine 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Cook until boil
Disposable cups
Pour mixture
Wait for 2 mins
Place prepared jelly cubes
Keep it in the fridge until set

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
