Urok Doomhowl Event LBRS - Q-Gaming 1.12

Implemented the Urok Doomhowl Event, you'll need to summon him with Omokk's Head and put the head on the pile of skulls. Waves of Ogres will be summoned and the pile of skulls with Omokk's Head can be used to deal 10.000 damage to the nearest Ogre. It has a 30 second cooldown. After several waves, Urok Doomhowl will spawn.
