1 medium clove of garlic
20ml olive oil
30g butter
3/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
50 ml cooking cream or heavy cream
300ml chicken or veggie stock
1 basil leaf
Bread to serve the soup with
