Cauliflower Tikka Bites or Tandoori Gobi is a delicious snack. In this recipe cauliflower florets are marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture and grilled in the air fryer.

Ingredients:
1 medium size Cauliflower, cut into bite size florets
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt / Curd, for vegan use plant based yogurt
1/4 cup Gram flour / Besan
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1.5 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
1/4 teaspoon Black salt (optional)
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp of water (if required)
few drops of red food color (optional)
Cooking Oil spray (I used avocado oil)
