This hearty eggplant dish can stand on its own as a one-pan meal .

You'll need for filling:

Ground beef 250gr
Parsley
garlic
onion
salt and pepper
Eggplants 2pc

Sauce
Tomato paste
hot water
salt

Bake in the oven at 180'C fr about 35-40 min.
Cover for 20 min with foil, after open the cover.
