Various shots of an oil refinery in Saudi Arabia, a car draws up to a petrol station and fills up. English surgeons fly to advise medical service as they have no heart or neuro surgeons there. Various shots as an English doctor looks at x-rays and shows a Saudi doctor how to examine a patient with a stethoscope. Another doctor examines a young Prince's eyes and hearing. Various shots in the operating theatre. Various shots of prescription bottles on kerbside and children playing in the city streets.
Various shots of the Television station and King Faisal in his palace meeting the doctors. Various shots of the country with Bedouins travelling by lorry and a man herding goats, we also see their tents. A lady with a heavy veil spins goat's hair, girls are veiled at 12 which is the marriageable age. She pours coffee for a man. Various shots as coffee is poured for the doctors and they sit down to eat a feast of sheep and chicken with Prince Abdullah.
Various shots of the goat market where desert lizards are for sale. Shots of an oasis in the dry desert which includes a swimming pool. Shots of the oil refineries again.
