INGREDIENTS AND WRITTEN RECIPE:

For the base (mold 22 cm):
140 g of Graham Crackers
80 g of melted unsalted butter
For the filling:
1 kg of cream cheese at room temperature
20 g of wheat flour
6 g of salt
200 g of sugar
200 g creme fraiche (or sour cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs at room temperature
More:
500 ml of whipping cream
Icing sugar to taste
Strawberry jam
Strawberries
