Televisa was launched on 8th January 1973 by Emilio Azcárraga Vidaurreta, the result of the merger between Telesistema Mexicano (1955) and Televisión Independiente de México (1965). Grupo Televisa often present themselves as the largest producer of Spanish-language content, and is one of the most well-known television networks in Mexico. My next video will be an ident history video on Univision.
