OBS failed to start recording or streaming fix DO THIS FIRST

In this video I show you the very first thing you should do if you get this error.  It is my understanding that there are several different reasons this error can occur but the driver issue should be resolved first and just because Windows tells you that your drivers are up to date, they may not be.
