How to Conceal Under Eye Circles / Bags

Yikes! I get the worst under eye bags and dark circles and it's been a struggle trying to figure out the best way to conceal them and keep them concealed. In this video I'll show you what I use and how I cover mine so that the darkness stays covered all day long!!!
