Hi everyone, welcome to my channel. In this video, I'm going to show you how to make a delicious and traditional Iranian dish called kofteh. Kofteh is a kind of meatball that is mixed with lamb and chicken breast with aromatic herbs, rice, beans and spices. I used a combination of lamb and chicken meat for this recipe, but you can use any kind of meat you like. I also added some dried herbs like parsley, basil, cilantro and fenugreek to the meat mixture, along with salt, black pepper, paprika and turmeric. And to make it more interesting, I put a boiled egg inside each meatball. Then I cooked them in a tomato sauce that I flavored with bell peppers, black pepper, turmeric, salt and paprika. I also added some chickpeas and potatoes to the sauce to make it more hearty and filling. I served this dish with fresh herbs and bread on the balcony of my countryside house, where I enjoyed the green scenery and the cool breeze with my family. It was such a cozy and relaxing time. My mom also made some tea for us and we had a nice chat while eating. This dish is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a family gathering, a picnic or a party.
