Yip... That's what we're doing. Heading into our pantry, getting two tins and enjoying the practice.

Come and experiment with me. This is a fantastic way to work a little more upper body strength into your practice. It's subtle yet super effective. You'll feel the effects right away.

If you're high in vata (air and ether) or feeling a little overwhelmed or scatter brained at the moment be sure to keep going right to the end as you'll love the ground tin-twist we do!

I agree, it is a somewhat peculiar class. Not your general, average hatha yoga class. But for those who know me, know that that's nothing new!. Thanks for being willing to experiment and test it out with me.

Remember to bring along 2 tins 🥫🥫 (the content of the tins doesn't matter by the way. You're welcome to comment below and let me know what was in your tins 😂!)
