The road to work is beginning to bud, leaving dirty snow in some places. Spring, when cold brew coffee will taste even better, is just around the corner.
The sound of spring may have hastened the arrival of a crowdfunded coffee maker, "Cold Brew Coffee". GINA" has arrived. It was delivered from New York, a year and a half later than expected. It's like being in a foreign country (laughs).
That's why I'm going to share a video of me trying out cold brew at GINA.
Cold brewing has caught on in the U.S. and has been gaining attention in Japan since around 2016, but it's also known as "draining" or "Dutch" and has been a popular brewing method for many years.
In fact, "maybe even people who don't like coffee can drink it? The third brewing method I've been researching for a while now for the third in the series is "watering out".
It's mild, easy to drink and full of attractive benefits to the body.
