Whether you call them bulkheads
Whether you call them bulkheads or you call them soffits, most basements need them.
But there is an easier way to build them than the old school method of building ladders out of 2x2 and 2x4 when you frame your walls
By doing them at the drywall stage, you can build them out of 1 5/8" steel track, U-bar and drywall you can build them faster, better, straighter and easier.
