Colorado's Supreme Court heard arguments in a legal case challenging former President Donald Trump' eligibility to be on the state's ballot in 2024. The lawsuit claims Trump is disqualified from holding federal office again under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment because of his conduct during the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
