How to Enter Credit Card Charges into QuickBooks: How to enter Credit Card Charges into...

➡️ Steps to Entering Credit Card Charges:

In the Home screen, go to “Enter Credit Card Charge”

Or

Go up to “Banking”
“Enter Credit Card Charges”
Select “Credit Card”
“Purchased From”
“Date”
“Amount”
“Memo”
Under “Expenses” Tab,
Enter “Account”
“Amount”
“Class”
Click “Save & Close”
**I highly recommend entering each credit card charge in the “banking” center – then reconciling your credit card each month.
