RTR Highs and Lows ThinkOrSwim study: how to use and configure the Highs and Lows ToS study

Show afterhours, premarket, yesterday, and opening range high and low, and yesterday's close. Get the indicator here: https://bit.ly/tos_scripts
Configure line type & weight, and colors. Defaults: highs are green & lows are red; yesterday's close is yellow; opening range is solid light blue, +-161% fibs are purple. Yesterday's high and low is solid, after hours high and low is a short dash, and premarket high and low is a long dash. This week's high & low is a thicker solid line, and last week's high & low is a thicker long dashed line. Show and hide each of these individually.

Optionally configure it to only show above or below certain periods so you can have different configurations for different charts by adding the study twice & configuring different above & below values. Also configure the opening range in minutes, as well as visually restrict the lines to only the bar range right around the price action instead of the entire day. Optional label to show the numbers.
