Orange pie. Delicate, fragrant.
This cake will easily replace the cake. So festive and fragrant.
Recipe:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar (1 cup=250 ml)
150 ml orange juice (1 large orange)
orange peel
8 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups flour (1 cup = 250 ml)
For decoration:
2 tbsp Sahara
1 large orange (peeled, cut into thin pieces for garnish)
Baking dish 22 cm.
Bake 40 minutes, 180'. Focus on your oven.
Add orange zest to taste. In the recipe, I added the zest of half an orange. Orange zest is not for everyone, as it gives bitterness. You can not add zest at all.
