PCB Functional Testing

This is an example of a PCB automated programming and functional test equipment. It was developed and assembled by Melitech Design Ltd for a client.  This system can test 7 different pcbs just by changing the cassette with bed of nails. The rest is common for all boards. The system was built using the following components which are available from our stock.:

PCB Test Adaptor
Cassette for Bed of nails
Controller Card
Relay expansion board
LCD Module

These can be bought as components to build your own system or we can design, machine and build the system for you according to your pcb testing requirements.
