Although it’s competent in core HR functions, Dayforce really shines as a Talent Management Suite - getting high scores for Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Succession Management. Dayforce pulls these pieces together with excellent reporting and Dashboards - achieving a score of 100 from SelectHub.
It’s hard to find any real weaknesses with Dayforce - but naturally some of their modules are less comprehensive than others. A case in point is Applicant Tracking & Recruiting where the functionality is less than what is offered by some other solutions. And their Employee Onboarding and Payroll Management features don’t quite match the best of this group. If all you need is Core HR and Payroll, there may be better choices for you.
