Meringue Icing Recipe | simple way how to make meringue icing

Very stable this kind of meringue icing.. I used this ingredients for many years..

For sugar syrup:

1 c sugar
⅛ c water

For egg white mixture:

4 pcs egg whites
Pinch of cream of tartar
¼ c sugar
