Upper Back and Core Circuit
wide grip lat pull downs 10 reps
around the world lever rows 10*10*10*10
1x over head carries down and back each arm
Hamstring Glutes and Low Back Circuit
TRX jump squats 10 reps
single leg back extensions 5-8 per leg
single leg seated leg curls 10 per leg
Chest and Arms Circuit
alternating lever arm chest press 20 reps
cable over head triceps extensions 10 reps
cable high curls 10 reps
Quads Circuit
single leg press 10*10*10*10
wall sits with isometric curls 30 seconds
tank backpedal pull push
