Inspired by the NDR documentary "With Courage, Mortar without Millions", I am creating an abstract acrylic painting today, which will be designed in a patina and rust look. As a special stylistic device, I put a large wall stencil with a floral ornament on a 60 x 60 cm canvas and designed it with Maya gold paint in "orange". Afterwards I squeegeed a picture with my smoothing trowel and different acrylic colours. I use pasty acrylic colours, sometimes I apply two acrylic colours at once on my tool. In this video I use the brown glitter powder again. At the end I also show the finished picture when it hangs on a wall.
