:- ingredients.

Aloo palak curry.
Spinach (Palakura).
Cutting.
Add the chopped spinach in a plate.
Keep it a side.

Add the 5" chopped potatoes in a salt water.
Keep it a side.

Pan on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Add the peel skin 1 garlic.
Add the chopped spinach.
Saute for 4-6" minutes.
Stove off.
Keep it a side.

PAN on stove.
Add the 3" Tbls ' of oil.
2" bay leaf.
Cinnamon.
3" cloves.
3" green chillies.
1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
Curry leaves.
2" chopped onions.
Roast.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Roast.
Add the chopped potatoes.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 2 " chopped tomatoes.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 2 Tbls of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1/2" Tbls ' of garam masala.
1/2" Tbls ' turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Little water.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 1 glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 3-4" minutes.
Add the fried spinach.
Mix well.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Aloo palak curry is a ready.
