'Your username and password do not match' Google Play Store - Add a Google Account to the Android

After the Factory Data Reset, when i am opening the play store app from the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos android mobile, i am getting the message 'You must add an account to the device to continue. Do you want to add one?'. Then i am providing correct username and password to add a google account. Now, phone is communicating with the google server and finally displaying the message 'sorry..Your username and password do not match. Please try again. (To recover your account information,  go to http://google.co.uk/accounts on your computer).

Suggestion: After testing this problem on other android devices i came to know that, in order to access your account you must sign in on the web. So start browser sign in. By sign in from browser i can add a google account from other android devices like micromax turbo.
Sometimes, Data connectivity problem might prevent server from communicating. So secure connection could not be established.
