2 chicken breast fillets or 400g
3 eggs
1 large onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons potato starch
1 teaspoon salt
ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground sweet pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry
frying oil
served with potatoes, mashed potatoes, bread .....

marinate for 1-2 hours
