Sturtevant Falls & Hermit Falls Hike in Santa Anita Canyon Santa Anita Canyon is one of the most popular hiking areas close to Los Angeles. The trail is often so busy that the parking lot is full and people are parking down the road for a mile on the weekends. This trail is worth it though as it takes you to two amazing waterfalls, Sturtevant Falls and Hermit Falls.
