✔the ingredients: (26x10cm)
2 eggs
zest and juice of one lemon
100g sugar (0.5 cup)
125ml oil (0.5 cup)
125g lemon yoghurt (0.5 cup)
220g of flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
10g baking powder
pinch of salt
Bake 30-35 minutes at 180C
✔Frosting
icing sugar + lemon juice
