You got this! Power Pumping Schedule: 1. Apply heat - Using a heating pad, nursing gel packs, or a warm washcloth in a zip-top baggie, apply heat to both breasts. You only need to do this for a few minutes 2. Massage 10 min - Spend the full 10 minutes massaging your breasts, use firm but not painful pressure, moving in circles from your armpits out to your nipples. This can be done through your shirt if you would like. 3. Pump for 20 min - Use a double pump if you have access to one, as that will stimulate your milk production more. 4. Massage 10 min 5.
