Learning how to relax is so important to your overall health. From health benefits such as reducing your blood pressure to improving your stress response so that the stress hormones don't affect your physical health. And helping you to sleep at night to feeling more in control of your anxiety symptoms.

But the main thing we know about good sleepers is that they don't 'think' about their sleep at all. I know it's difficult when your sleep is off, because it affects everything else in your life, but try not to stress about your sleep too much ... it will happen. If you can get out and about in the morning and get some physical activity outdoors, it will do more to improve your sleep then any night time ritual (yes, even my beautiful moon garden guided sleep meditation).
