It’s weird but true 👇
Before I stumbled onto the world of nervous system healing, I felt like I was living life in black and white.
Everything was meaningless.
Life was boring even when it was good.
And I complained of not feeling truly alive (unless I was drunk, high or driving way too fast on a motorbike).
I thought it was normal…
…but then I did the work to regulate my nervous system, and now I feel like I’m living my life in full HD color.
I feel alive on a daily, moment-to-moment “mundane” basis…
…not only when I’m doing something exciting, dangerous or intense.
It’s made me a better creator.
I procrastinate less.
I get more done.
I have a lot more fun with what I’m doing.
And I take wayyy less stupid risks (because I don’t need to risk my life to feel something).
It all came from regulating my nervous system.
Not meditation, journaling, gratitude lists or any of the usual worn-out self-help tricks that get recommended…
…but good, grounded nervous system work, both on my own and with another person.
