In today's video we get prepared for hurricane Ian that could potentially hit central Florida off the gulf coast which could turn into a category 4 by the end of the week. I take you to Sams Club, Walmart and Target to get supplies and groceries that we need just incase the power goes out and by the way all of the stores right now in Florida are insane! I also bring you to the gym with me for a great Sunday workout and grab some coffee after and talk a little bit about what's been going on in life with us.
