An easy way to convert
An easy way to convert a stereo track to mono in Ableton Live.
Have you ever recorded your voice and found it playing out of only one speaker?
You can fix that by following this simple tutorial.
There are several ways for fixing it, but it seems to be a little difficult with Ableton Live.
I was looking for a way to do it, and found that all the tutorial online were a little lengthy and
unproductive.
So here's what you need to do:
1. Drag and drop your audio file into live.
2. Go to live effects (it's the second tab from the top, on the left side of the window).
3. Under audio effects-utilities, you will find an effect named mono. Just drag and drop it on your audio rack.
4. The effect unit should show in your effects rack on the bottom. Select 'Left' in the first drop down menu and 'C' (center) in the second one.
5. That's it, your voice or audio will now sound centered.
