Watch triathlete, physiotherapist and personal trainer Becky Hair take you through her top 10 plyo jump box exercises for strength and conditioning.

In the video, Becky uses a set of our Steel Plyo Jump Boxes which are ideal for working out at home.

Each set includes three plyo boxes which are all different heights. The steel frame is extra hard-wearing and the platform at the top has a rubber cover for added grip.
