Hello everyone! In this video, I want to show you how to do a very easy side dish that we have come to love in our household. It is smoked roasted potatoes on a pit boss pellet grill. I’m using lumberjack competition blend pellets and along with the potatoes, I will be roasting peppers and onions. I’m using RADA seasoning for this easy potato side dish recipe. If you don’t have a smoker, simply do the same thing in prep but put it in your oven at 350° after about 30 minutes or so it will turn out absolutely perfect and delicious.
