Dubrovnik, Croatia: Mount Srd Hiking Trail

Mount Srd is a low mountain just behind the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The mountain is part of the Dinaric Alps, has a height of 1362 feet. Fort Imperial, a defensive structure built by French in 1810 during the Napoleonic Wars, is at the top. From the top of the Mt. Srd, you will have a stunning 360- degree view of Dubrovnik. It usually take 40 minutes to 1 hour to hike up to the top. Instead of riding the cable car, we enjoyed the hiking all along the trail.
