Fishbone Diagram Template (Automated) in Excel using QI Macros

Create an Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram in Excel using the QI Macros Template:

1. Enter problem statement in Cell A2 for the head of the fish
2. Select a style of fishbone below
3. Enter the labels for each bone of the fish on this sheet
  Level 1.0 is first big bone on the fishbone
  Level 1.1. Is the first bone off the first main bone
4. Use the Copy button to copy Fishbone to clipboard
5. Use PasteSpecial to paste into PowerPoint
