Olivieh is very, if not the most popular salad in Eastern Europe. Its presence on any table signals that the holiday has begun. My family loves this salad and I make it on very special occasions.
Ingredient list:
3 large potatoes
2 medium carrots
2 eggs
1 cup green peas
4-6 oz cooked meat (ham, turkey, chicken, beef)
2 large pickles
1/2 cup green onion
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 sour cream
1 ts mustard
1 ts dill
salt/pepper
