Baklava cake
Sugar 1½ cups
1½ cups water
Lemon 1 slice
After boiling for 7-8 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of rose water
Add a little soaked saffron (optional)
5 eggs
Sugar 1½ cups
Orange or lemon zest
Rose water ½ tsp or vanilla
Sweet yogurt 1 cup
½ cup of oil
3 cups of cake flour
Baking powder 3 tsp
In a 30 x 40 oven tray
In the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes
The cake should be warm and the syrup should be cold
