Join me for a 10-minute breathing exercise, we go straight into it.
Dhirga Pranayama, also known as the 3-part breath or complete breath, this is a yoga breathing exercise that:
✔️ Reduces stress and anxiety.
✔️ Promotes relaxation
✔️ Calms the mind
✔️ Improves lung capacity
✔️ Balances the nervous system
✔️ Prepares for meditation
✔️ Boosts mood
✔️ Increases energy levels

I host Yoga Sessions on Zoom at the times below:
- Vinyasa flow every Tuesday from 5:00-6:00pm (GMT+2)
- Yin Yoga every Friday 4:30-5:30 pm (GMT+2)
