Hari Om Yogis ✨ Join me for a 10-minute breathing exercise, we go straight into it. Dhirga Pranayama, also known as the 3-part breath or complete breath, this is a yoga breathing exercise that: ✔️ Reduces stress and anxiety. ✔️ Promotes relaxation ✔️ Calms the mind ✔️ Improves lung capacity ✔️ Balances the nervous system ✔️ Prepares for meditation ✔️ Boosts mood ✔️ Increases energy levels If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
