New York cheesecake that even a beginner can make at home. The best classic cheesecake recipe! I like that it can be made quickly in the evening and then left overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, a delicious dessert with a cup of hot coffee will be waiting for you!

Base:⠀⠀⠀
- 150g biscuits;⠀⠀⠀
- 40g butter;⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tablespoons of milk.⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
Filling:⠀
- 600g creamcheese;⠀
- 110g of sugar;⠀
- 2 eggs;⠀
- 120g cream;⠀
- 1 tbsp lemon juice ⠀

1. Grind the cookies in a blender until a homogeneous crumb. Add melted butter and milk, stir. You will get a wet crumb that holds its shape well.⠀
2. Pour the biscuits into the form D = 18 cm and  level with a glass. (Line the bottom with parchment, you can also put it on the sides if you want). ⠀
4. Mix room temperature cheese, cream, eggs, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the filling onto the base.⠀
5. The oven should be heated to 120°C, put a baking sheet with hot water on the bottom.⠀
6. Bake for 1.5 or 2 hours. It all depends on your oven, I cooked 2 hours at 120°C. The center of the cheesecake should be slightly wobbly when done. When the cheesecake is ready, open the oven door and let it cool. The finished cheesecake should cool to room temperature and only then it should be put in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to cool, and preferably overnight. Garnish as desired: berry sauce, chocolate, fresh berries. Ready!
