If so, that's because you want to move faster.

If you want to move faster, you need to turn off animations in Excel to truly unleash your speed potential!

The first time I got on a version of Excel with animations turned on I kept having to re-hit shortcuts because the graphics weren't keeping up with my typing.

Sounds crazy, but it's true, so the first thing I always do when jumping into a new install of Excel is turn off animations, and on 365 it couldn't be easier.

Go to File - Options - Accessibility - Uncheck "Provide feedback with animation"

It's that simple!
