In my "DIY How to Restore Factory Settings On Honeywell Digital Door Knob Tutorial [Honeywell Digital Knob]" video I show you the simple step for making this happen if you need to start over. The steps are simple:
1. Remove batter cover plastic panel
2. Remove 1 battery for 10seconds minimum
3. Re-install battery
4. Wait for long and short "beep"
5. Press the lock button three times
6. The light indicator will turn green
The factory settings are now reset and the memory is set to the same as it is upon initial unboxing.
