Trockene, spannende, schuppende, raue Haut - Was könnt Ihr dagegen tun? Welche Hautpflege-Tipps und -Tricks gibt es? Und was ist trockene Haut (auch als Xerosis cutis, oder Xerodermie bezeichnet) eigentlich? Das erfahrt Ihr in diesem Video!
Aber aufgepasst - Viele halten ihre Haut für trocken, obwohl sie es letztendlich gar nicht ist, nur weil sie nach dem Waschen mal für eine kurze Zeit etwas spannt oder stellenweise schuppt. Das kann aber eine Fehlannahme sein und ist ganz wichtig zu wissen, denn die Hautpflegeroutine sieht hier völlig anders aus.
