How to make lemon cookies - vegan and easy lemon cookies recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add ¼ cup or 50 ml water.
3. Add the zest, vegetable oil, powdered sugar and mix.
4. Pour half the flour and baking powder, mix.
5. Add the rest of the flour, knead the dough.
6. Roll the balls, put on a baking sheet. Lightly press on each ball, as shown in the video.
7. Bake 10 minutes.
