Quick Video showing how to Install/Sideload apps onto your Windows Phone/Nokia Lumia device
NOTE: this requires a developer unlocked Windows phone (this IS NOT a guide to unlock; only how to install apps- unlocking instructions can be found here: http://aligonemobile.blogspot.com/201... )
Requirements:
-Unlocked Windows Phone (preferably a Lumia :P)
-PC/Laptop running Windows
-Windows SDK App Development tools: http://bit.ly/qfABPL
-USB Cable
-.XAP file you wish to install
Basically run the "Application Deployment" program that comes with the SDK package, choose your .XAP file, Selcet 'Deploy to Windows Phone Device' and that's it!
