Part 2 includes my trek from Kalapathar to Island Peak to Lukla via Kongma La Pass
Highlights of my trip itinerary included Two passes (Cho La Pass and Kongma La Pass), Gokyo Ri, Everest Base Camp (EBC), Kalapathar, Island Peak.
Majority of these highlights were above 5,000m / 17,000 - 18,000 ft elevation.
Island peak summit was at 6,200m / 20,500 ft elevation. The last 100-200 meters of this summit was technical mountaineering terrain.
I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have an out of the world experience.
