You will be surprised when you try my recipe for mini Donuts - they are very simple and easy to make. I dont use a Donut machine and no Donuts stick. The ingredients I use are very few and are usually something you already have in your kitchen. My recipe makes 30 mini donuts - and that's a lot. If you are not going to use them all on the same day, you can freeze them before you put the glaze on. Then they are just as lovely when you take them out of the freezer. I also show the recipe for
