METHOD
1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon, Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
2.To it add cinnamon sticks - 2
Cloves - 4
Cardamom pods - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 10 saute
3.Add ground paste of - 2 medium sized onions till golden brown
4.Then add ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon and saute

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
Add little water and saute
6.next add ground paste of - 3 medium sized tomatoes and cook well, add dried fenugreek leaves - 2 teaspoon
7.Yogurt - 100 gram , mix well and cook
8.Add Kaleji/Mutton Liver pieces - 350 gram and cook for 5 minutes, do not over cook add salt at last
9.Then add few coriander and mint leaves, chopped green chilies - 4 and cook again foe just few minutes
10.Kaleji masala is ready
