What you'll need: x1 Large pan and lid or you can do 2 batches in a smaller pan.
2 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan
180g Popcorn kernels
125g Butter, cubed
170g Caster Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
